An apply_patch tool that applies a unified diff to files inside the workspace, atomically:
every hunk of every file is applied in memory first, and nothing is written unless all of them
apply. Line numbers in hunk headers are treated as hints (models get them wrong), so each hunk
is located by its context. Pass check: true to validate without writing.
